We are the pioneers of the local comedy community in the UAE and we do “all things comedy” including event and festival production, stand-up, sketch comedy, variety arts, script and content writing, brand campaigns, hosting and comedy training.

We have been making the UAE belly laugh since 2008, when award-winning comedians Mina Liccione and Ali Al Sayed teamed up to create a grassroots comedy community based in Dubai and gave birth to Dubomedy.

As we celebrate more than a decade of funny-making business in the desert, we can proudly say we have introduced thousands of people to the craft of stand-up comedy and improv through our Dubomedy Arts School. The UAE today has a thriving local comedy scene, and it makes us happy to see our alumni performing regularly and even filming comedy specials.

We use comedy as a tool to bring together people of diverse cultural, religious and financial backgrounds, uniting them through laughter and breaking down stereotypes. If you haven’t been to one of our shows yet, you are really missing out!
